Five Foundations Therapy
- Meditation or mindfulness session (45 minutes): $50

- Group workshop (45 minutes): $60 per person
- Private wellness coaching (45 minutes): $120

GUIDELINES FOR PATIENT VISITS
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
- Every patient has a unique health history, diagnosis, and personal goals. When you come to your first acupuncture appointment at Acupuncture Park Center, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan for you. Your goals are our goals.
- When to arrive
On average, your first acupuncture appointment will last about an hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, complete paperwork, and change clothes, if necessary.
- What to bring
At your first physical therapy appointment, you’ll need to bring your physician referral or prescription, your insurance card, registration forms, ID, and co-payment. You may also bring a change of clothes.
- How it works
During your appointment, your acupuncturist will complete an initial evaluation and discuss your care plan. They’ll also work with you to make a plan for your continued treatment. Your goals of acupuncture treatment may include improved conditions, vitality, endurance, and flexibility, as well as decreased pain.
